Who would have thought Dougal would be so athletic? Being gifted with a sword, yes. He is a war chieftain, so that makes sense, but he is also a skilled, albeit ruthless (and those sometimes are the best) field hockey player. Being bested by Jamie doesn’t seem to bother him too much, since he was the one who taught him how to play in the first place.
