4.  Air culinary school experience from start to finish

Many people consider going to culinary school, but don’t really know what it entails.  While reality TV isn’t always that realistic, a well-produced show based on a culinary program from start to finish may give some good ideas about what it is really like to train to be a chef.  This concept has been tried before, but there hasn’t been a show with a diverse blend that combines the best teachers, with students and enough cool back stories and culinary triumphs, failures and a few personality disorders to make it worth watching.  It is only a matter of time before someplace makes this a reality… Why not the Food Network/Cooking Channel?
