1. Will there be an opening crawl?
Disney is clearly trying to differentiate this from the new trilogy, hence giving it the title Rogue One: A Star Wars Story rather than Star Wars: Rogue One. So considering this is meant to be more of a spinoff than a standard episode, will there still be an opening crawl? It's almost sacrilegious to suggest leaving such a classic Star Wars element out, but starting each of the anthology movies in a unique way would firmly establish them as their own individual stories rather than the next step in the journey of Rey and Luke. We'll miss those opening John Williams notes though.
