3. Hackett
After arresting Brent Williams, who had been rejected as a fire cadet, Commander Yelton discovered he had stolen a list of suspected terrorists, many of whom weren’t actually terrorists at all but may have the same names or other reasons for being on the list. It turned out he was working with arson investigator Peter Hackett, who kidnapped a man on the list to force the government to arrest every person on the list. To get Brent to talk, the team lied and told him that his brother was on the list so he’d give up Hackett’s location.
