8. Reverb
The idea Barry got involved the manipulation Reverb could do with his power and he thought it was possible that Cisco could do it. He discussed his idea with the team, and a reluctant Harry, but when Cisco tried using his power, he had a difficult time getting it to work.
7. Harry and Joe
Harry went to see Joe in an effort to get him to stop Barry from going forward with his idea on opening the breaches. As much as Joe wanted to stop Barry himself, he knew that he couldn’t make Barry change his mind. He did request that Harry help him along the way.
