This cocktail, created by Shaun Stewart, head bartender at Gunther & Co. in Baltimore, has a sweet and sour flavor that pairs well with salt.
Ingredients:
- ¾ oz. Rittenhouse Rye
- 1 ½ oz. Passion Fruit Shrub
- ¼ oz. Lemon Juice
- Topped with Union Craft Brewery Old Pro Beer
- Garnish with charred passion fruit wheel
Directions:
Build over ice. Pour Rittenhouse Rye, passion fruit shrub and lemon juice over ice. Shake hard and strain over fresh ice in pint glass. Top with Union Craft Brewery’s Old Pro. Quick stir and garnish.
