There's mama drama on 'Once Upon a Time'

Snow White

While eating breakfast at Under-Granny’s, Snow became aware of the fact that they have been in the Underworld long enough to become “regulars” at the restaurant. It was a fact that caused her distress at the thought of not being with baby Neal. Many of us were wondering if and when this topic would arise. It was addressed in a somewhat humorous way that still left room for that pang of emotion that is triggered by separation anxiety.

Basically, the blind witch tells Snow and Charming that they can talk to baby Neal by conducting a level one haunting. In other words, they went to a phone booth, picked up the phone, told the operator who they wanted to talk to, and left a message. They found out later, thanks to Henry’s decision to begin recording events as the author should, that baby Neal got their message as disembodied voices that lulled him to sleep.
