3. Heart splitting failure
When Emma returned with Hook, Rumple claimed that Hades attacked, destroying the boat and dispatching Milah. They believed him, and he poofed them back to the Charming’s Underbrooke apartment. There, Regina tried to take Emma’s heart so she could split it. It was a shock to Hook, but a prospect I suspect he was too weak to oppose. There was a problem, though. Something blasted Regina’s hand away. She couldn’t take Emma’s heart.
Side note: Some Swan Queen fans were delighted at the implied touch between these two remarkable women.
