4. Rumple killed Milah, again
Shortly after Milah confessed her guilt in abandoning Bae, Hades appeared to make a deal with Rumple. Hades immobilized Milah and whisked Rumple to his throne room where he proceeded to praise him as the best Dark One. He expressed his desire to have Rumple above ground, supplying him with plenty of fresh souls, as well as his desire to keep Emma and co. down below.
The deal, which was never clearly defined, involved Rumple destroying the boat (their way back home) and figuring out how to keep Milah from telling Emma and Hook. I suppose throwing her into the River of Lost Souls was one way of doing that. I just hope that someone goes after her. I want her to get to see Neal and tell him how she feels.
