9. Regina met with Cruella
In the Underworld, also dubbed Underbrooke, Regina returned to Granny’s in search of the blind witch. Instead, she found Cruella, who seemed a bit unsettled at seeing her. Regardless, Cruella agreed to help Regina, and then revealed her claim to mayoral duties thanks to Cora’s passing. I guess that means Cora’s delivering flour in a worse place.
Anyway, during their brief conversation, Regina queried Cruella about the grave stones. Cruella was surprisingly helpful, and informed Regina that the stones had three meanings: upright means that person is in the Underworld, tipped or cracked means that they have moved on to a better or worse place, respectively.
