5. Shell company
Kensi and Deels go to talk to Elmslie when he asks them to come meet a contact, but they discover he is missing. A CIA agent comes in as Kensi is talking to Nell. Eventually, they find out that Karume and his men had money in different accounts through a shell company that was from the South Sudanese Justice Center. It turns out that the charity is actually a front to provide funds to Karume, not to stop him.
