6. Geomancer, Adam Fells
The latest meta human, Geomancer, can cause earthquakes. Jay is the only one along with Caitlin and Joe who can stop him, but he refuses to take Velocity 6 again. He reveals to Caitlin that when he became Flash, he wanted to become faster and took the same thing, but it caused awful side effects that he didn’t want to go through, as well as Barry.
