The bottom half of this look? Perfection. The skirt highlights all of Keke Palmer’s enviable curves and floats perfectly around her to end like a casual mermaid tail -- in a good way. The top half of this look? Maybe without the matching arm sleeves, this look would’ve been a home run. The crop top is cute, but I can’t get past the arm sleeves. Arm warmers? I don’t know, really.
