8. Julianne Hough
When I first saw this dress, I liked it. Loved it, even. Julianne Hough is a bundle of sunshine and is one person I consistently look to for her style. And then I watched her walk on stage and realized that this look reminds me a little too much of the Rubber Man from season one of American Horror Story. The too-tight top knot and the too-tight dress are not Hough’s best look.
