2. The Joker/Harley Quinn
The Joker's origin story has been told many times in different mediums but now the origin story of Harley Quinn will be told. In this scene, we see The Joker submerging Quinn in what might be a vat of intense chemicals. Could this be her jumpstart into being a super villain and going completely insane? In the initial trailer, it is shown that she always wasn't this way and that an evil transformation has taken place and she has fallen in love with The Joker and all things evil.
This will be an interesting and complex storyline element that will elevate this movie past just a big budget comic book action movie.
