2. Victor’s connection

At first, Victor is afraid to talk to Chris, but eventually the agent is able to get him to open up. Victor reveals that a sister, Claudia, is in Honduras and that Edgar was holding her there as long as Mateo helped him transport the immigrants. When Mateo died, Victor only got involved to get his sister. He tells Chris Mateo had tried to get help with what was happening, but back up never showed up. Chris asks who it is and they find out it was none other than Randy Wilson. Pride later wears a wire and tells a story about Mateo confessing on video to arrest Wilson.
