8. Powell
At first, Mark Powell appears to be cooperative and tells Sam and Callen he did not kill Overson, but they had fought over the fact that Powell thought Overson was selling a daemon they had created within the NSA. The daemon is dangerous if it falls into the wrong hands, so they must find out who has it. They realize after Powell’s lawyer, Wilson Rowe, leaves, that he could be involved.
