While Jay is not pleased with Harrison after the Turtle is found dead and he believes he is responsible, Wells focuses on helping Cisco in this episode. He is trying to help Cisco trigger his vibes and decides to dress as Reverse Flash in order to scare Cisco. But when he delves into Cisco’s fear, they find out Reverse Flash is back.
