7. Guillotine
When Garcia tells Morgan, Reid and JJ about possible weapons that are sharp enough to slice a body in one sitting, Reid looks over the evidence photos and comes to the conclusion that a guillotine could be involved. He deduces this since the unsub is displaying the bodies and making an example to the public because of their misdeeds. JJ knows guillotines are not easy to come by, but Reid tells her it is easy to make.
