9. Payback
Payback was a revenge style thriller that showcased the fact that Gibson could play both a good and bad guy. In the movie, Porter, played by Gibson, is shot by his wife and best friend, who leave him to die. It isn't until he survives and goes after them that the movie really performs. Mario Bello and Gregg Henry also starred in Payback.
