Thirty years after the third film in the post-apocalyptic Mad Max franchise, George Miller returned to deliver an incredible action film that is literally a two-hour car chase of epic proportions. Although released in May, the sci-fi film hung around and critics refused to forget about it. Looks like the Academy didn’t forget either.
