11. Jillian Rose Reed, Awkward
Jillian Rose Reed — a beauty with a sharp jaw line, narrow, deep brown eyes, and spectacular, wavy hair (formerly red-dyed, now her natural dark brown color)— is best known for portraying Tamara Kaplan on MTV's hit show Awkward from 2011-15. But she's been in the business since 2008. Her first big break came in the form of a role on Showtime's crime dramedy Weeds, on which Reed played Simone from 2008-09. In between her two most significant roles, she appeared in several television shows, and she's not done yet. The 23-year-old is co-starring in a comedy due out in 2016 called Sharon 1.2.3.
