This 24-year-old, dark-haired beauty has rocked different looks and personalities throughout her youth. From spoiled rich kid to tough-as-nails crime fighter, from long hair to short, with a face that somehow simultaneously conveys youthful innocence and fierce mischievousness, Holland has pulled off every style and persona with ease.
Holland began acting in 2001 and caught her first big break when she appeared as Kaitlin Cooper, the little sister of Marissa Cooper (Mischa Barton) in FOX's short-lived but cult-hit teen drama, The O.C. from 2006-07. Her next recurring role on a top show was from 2008-12, as Agnes Andrews, a troublemaker in the CW's Gossip Girl. She now stars in the CW's megahit Arrow, as Thea Queen/ Speedy.
