1. Sofia Black-D'Elia, Skins (U.S.)

With her olive skin and mixed ethnicity of Russian and Italian, Black-D'Elia is blessed with stunningly exotic looks. Her big brown eyes, shapely face framed by dark, rich hair, often cut short, and a dazzling smile combine to give the 23-year-old actress a youthful yet sophisticated appearance.
The young beauty began her career by portraying Bailey Wells on the soap opera All My Children from 2009-10. She then landed the role of Tea Marvelli on MTV's version of the U.K. hit show Skins, though the U.S. version debuted in 2011 and did not get a second season. She moved on to the role of Sage Spence, a girl who causes trouble for Blake Lively's lead character Serena in the final season of the CW's Gossip Girl in 2012. Since then, she's appeared in the short-lived ABC show Betrayal (2013), in the film Project Almanac (2014) and starred this summer on the CW show The Messengers. The drama was cancelled, but Black-D'Elia will be showing off her talent and good looks in two upcoming movies, Viral and Ben-Hur, a remake of the Oscar-winning 1959 film of the same name — and who knows where else Black-D'Elia will pop up in the future.
Here's hoping it's many places.
