4. Victoria Justice, Eye Candy
Plain and simple, Victoria Justice is hot. She's got a hint of an exotic look thanks to her mixed European and Puerto Rican heritage, and her dark hair, dark eyes and dazzling smile just makes her pop.
The 22-year-old is a Nickelodeon product began acting in 2003 but caught her first big break as Lola Martinez, best friend of Jamie Lynn Spears' main character Zoey on Zoey 101, which aired from 2005-08. She then appeared as Shelby Marx on the Miranda Cosgrove-led show iCarly in 2009, and got her own show Victorious, on which she portrayed Tori Vega — a fiery aspiring singer attending an arts school — from 2010-13. Since then, Justice has branched out from Nickelodeon with a starring role in MTV's thriller Eye Candy, which aired this summer but was not renewed for a second season (even though it was awesome). But the actress didn't stop there. She appeared in the NBC comedy Undateable, starred in the film Naomi and Ely's No Kiss List and has a role in two upcoming films.
