3. Reid and Morgan
No list is complete without these two from Criminal Minds. Put Morgan and Reid together in a scene and there is bound to be some hysterics. Not only have they been there for each other in times of need, but they also have fun on the job with pranks. Reid once described the idea of having a one true friend and then mentioned Morgan almost immediately, thus making us believe friendship transcends time.
