After finding the items taken in the robberies, which Alonzo had given to other people in school, Pride tries once again to talk to Danny. He tells them all he did was go to a party with Alonzo but had no idea what was in the backpack. Since the police detective seems to be in a hurry to charge Danny because of his father’s past, Pride requests more time to find the truth.
