9. Natalie Morales, The Grinder
On FOX's comedy The Grinder, Morales portrays supporting character Claire Lacoste, a lawyer working for the Sanderson family firm — and a potential love interest for star Rob Lowe's narcissistic actor-turned-lawyer Dean Sanderson. When she has to share a screen with Lowe and the show's other high profile star, Fred Savage, it's even more impressive how she manages to steal every scene she's in with her perfect delivery of Claire's no-nonsense witty comments.
Morales charmed as the party-girl BFF of Malin Ackerman's Kate Harrison in the short-lived (but woefully underrated) ABC comedy Trophy Wife in 2013-14. She does an even better job playing the straight-laced lawyer who finds Dean Sanderson's attempts at being a lawyer and at wooing her amusing but unimpressive.
Where else you may have seen her: The Middleman (2008), White Collar (2009-10), 90210 (2012-13), Girls (2014-15) and Parks and Recreation (2010-15).
What's next: The Grinder is a high-profile show where Morales makes every minute of her screen time count and it's hard to imagine her not getting on and staying on Hollywood's radar.
