Musicals 4- Movie Collection, Warner Bros.
One of the best classic movie releases of the year came very early in 2015 with Warner Bros.’ four pack of MGM classics. It takes a hit for including the previously-released Singin’ In The Rain, but if that’s what’s needed to get people interested in The Band Wagon, Kiss Me Kate and Calamity Jane, I’m all for it. Another weird omission: no Judy Garland movie. Still, it was an absolute pleasure to see the best MGM musical - The Band Wagon - on Blu-ray.
