James Deen dropped by porn site after sexual assault allegations surface

James Deen, a star in the pornography industry, has been accused of sexual assault by a few of his female co-stars and is now losing jobs. The performer has been dropped by one of the popular porn sites.

Kink.com, a site based in San Francisco, told SFWeekly.com that they are dropping Deen. A spokesman for the company said that they weren’t aware of the allegations against him until Monday morning.

“While many of the allegations against Deen are new, the pattern is alarming,” Kink.com’s statement reads. “Over the coming weeks and months, we will review our Model Bill of Rights to strengthen rights of performers off-set, and work with the larger industry to help performers to have been assaulted to more easily come forward.”

In addition to losing work at Kink.com, The Frisky announced on Sunday that it will not be publishing Deen’s sex advice column.

As previously reported, the allegations against Deen first came from his ex-girlfriend, Stoya, who wrote on Twitter, “James Deen held me down and f***ked me while I said no, stop, used my safeword. I just can’t nod and smile when people bring him up anymore.”

Tori Lux and Ashley Fires have also accused Deen of assault in posts on The Daily Beast.

Deen has denied the claims on Twitter, calling them “false and defamatory,” adding, “I respect women and I know and respect limits both professionally and privately.”

Deen had been attempting to break into mainstream Hollywood, even as he continued his career in pornography. He co-starred in The Canyons with Lindsay Lohan. He was also the male performer in Teen Mom star Farrah Abraham’s porn movie.
