Back in 2005, Chris was a detective in New Orleans the night Phil Hart was shot. The only witness was his wife, who heard the gunshots before her husband’s car was taken. Chris tries in vain to rescuscitate Phil, but before he dies, LaSalle learns the killer had a blue tattoo.
