Iris realizes they need more help with Barry and she talks to Joe about calling in the big guns. This comes in the form of Henry Allen, who comes to give his son advice. Since he had to watch his entire family and friends believe he could murder his wife, he knows how Barry feels to lose his confidence. He confides in Barry that his son was the reason he held onto hope and he wants to give that back to him.
