5. The Real Morpheus
Morpheus contacts the FBI to tell them that they are not responsible for the kidnapping or the murders. As Hotch and Tara talk to them, the blue blanket is mentioned and it stops them dead in their tracks. After turning off the video communication, Hotch and Tara realize Morpheus is a woman. They continue to try and figure out if she is actually involved, until Hotch and Reid focus on the baby blanket. After thinking about why Morpheus came to Detroit, they remember that at the same time, a homeless woman and her child died. After asking Garcia about any women in her search that lost a child, they find out Morpheus is Ellen Clark.
