10. Jennifer Lopez and Cris Judd= 8 months
The Bronx native married choreographer Cris Judd in September 2001 at a private California residence. Lopez met Judd on the set of her music video for “Love Don’t Cost a Thing.” The couple split the following June, citing irreconcilable differences. Lopez went on to get engaged to Ben Affleck, but called off the wedding hours before it were to take place. She later married Marc Anthony, but that relationship didn’t last either, ending after seven years.
