7. Tío Gazpacho's Tío Sangriento (Bloody Uncle) This take on the Bloody Mary uses gazpacho instead of tomato juice to create Mary’s bloody uncle.
- 2 oz. premium vodka
- 4 oz. Tio Gazpacho’s Gazpacho Clasico
- 1 oz. fresh lime juice
- ½ oz. ginger syrup
- 1 dash chili powder
- 2 dashes togarashi (only for the bold!)
- ½ oz. agave syrup
Preparation: Mix ingredients and garnish with celery (or a banana pepper for the daring) and serve over ice. Can be served as a single serving or in a large batch where partiers can enjoy it as a soup. Garnish with celery (or a banana pepper for the daring) and serve over ice.
