6. Russell Kramer (Jack Lemmon) and Matt Douglas (James Garner) from My Fellow Americans(1996): This underrated comedy stars legends Lemmon and Garner as former Chief Executives and longtime enemies who must work together when they realize people connected to the current President (Dan Aykroyd) are trying to kill them. My only complaint with this film is that Lauren Bacall (as Lemmon’s wife) is underused.
