5. No help
Barry finds out his friends are trying to help him with the metahuman, but he is still stubborn and doesn’t want their help so he can protect them. Once they figure out the metahuman’s whereabouts, who Martin names “Atom Smasher,” Barry rushes to get him, forgetting his ear com in the process. He is not able to work alone but Cisco taps into the facility’s alarm where Barry is so he can save his friend. Because of Barry’s injuries, he has to be hospitalized in S.T.A.R Labs, leading to a talk with Joe.
