5. DNA
After Elmslie is cleared of wrongdoing when the team discovers Hilary Toussard’s former assistant had sent e-mails about the girls in question, he talks to Owen Granger about wanting this case to be something that could get his family to trust him again. Granger tells Elmslie he was able to get Catalina’s DNA. Elmslie is impressed, but later, they find out Catalina is not related to any of the victims of the massacre.
