The team is seen exercising and working out before they get the visit from DiNozzo. While Deeks is getting changed into what will turn out to be a yellow jumpsuit styled after Bruce Lee, or Uma Thurman in Kill Bill, Kensi makes Eric nervous by teasing him as she uses him as a form of a punching bag while he has a protective suit on. As they are doing this, Hetty is helping Nell get ready for a Renaissance Fair with Eric, who is very serious about the event.
