One Direction's ride hasn't been all swooning girls and breaking records; the band is also in a bit of a legal bind. California band One Direction is suing the Brits for copyright infringement and damages, saying they came up with the name first. While Cali's One Direction has been recording since 2009 under that name, they only incorporated in 2011. And the Brits are determined to fight for their right to party - as One Direction.
