TV personality, Ryan Dunn, who was famously known as the stunt man on Jackass and Viva La Bam, was killed in a car accident in 2011. Dunn, the driver of the vehicle was under the influence at the time of the accident, which occurred in West Goshen Township in Pennsylvania. His passenger, Zachary Hartwell, the production assistant on Jackass Number Two, also died.
