Taylor Swift and Jake Gyllenhaal seemed like an odd pair when they began dating in 2010. It was a short-lived romance, however, lasting only two months. Their age difference, the publicity and a change in feelings were reportedly the reasons for the split.
In a 2011 interview with Vogue, Swift seemed to admit that the breakup with Gyllenhaal was hard for her.
“I’m not sad and I’m not crying this Christmas, so I am really stoked about that,” Taylor said in the magazine, adding, “I am not gonna go into it! It’s a sad story!”
