Leo, an Oscar winner for The Fighter and an Emmy winner for Louie, will star as Goldie, a comedy club owner who is critical of the comedians she mentors. Duke, who is best known for his role on the last seasons of The Office, will play a Boston comedian hoping to become a star in Los Angeles.

Stan is playing Clay, a comedian hoping to always stay relevant. According to TheWrap, the Captain America: The Winter Soldier star will be billed as a guest star in the pilot.

Ari Graynor, Andrew Santino, Stephen Guarino, Erik Griffin and RJ Cyler will also star.

Showtime picked up the pilot in August at the Television Critics Association press tour. Carrey is an executive producer on the show, which was written by Dave Flebotte and based on a book by William Knoedelseder. Jonathan Levine is directing the pilot.
