‘iZombie’ recap episode 203: ‘Real Dead Housewife of Seattle’

Clive interviews the garage manager. The manager says the rich customer was a pro football quarterback. He says he’s not surprised Joe got mixed up with something illegal though. He says Joe was obsessed a while back with skanky girl. Clive shows him his binder of women that Terrance had clicked on.

Liv and Bethany are trying on clothes. Liv’s phone rings and Bethany walks off to find something new. Clive tells Liv that Bethany hired Joe to kill Taylor because she wanted to marry Terrance. She was on the website under the name of Harmony, where she met both men. Liv is horrified. She tells Clive that she’s at the boutique with Bethany. Clive says to stall her and he’ll send backup.

Bethany asks Liv to zip her dress. She then elbows Liv in the nose and takes off running. Liv tackles her and goes into a zombie rage, beating her unconscious.

Clive interviews Bethany again. He says she didn’t want to lose half of Terrance’s money to Taylor with a divorce, so she hired Joe to kill her. Bethany tells him to prove it. He pulls out a list of prior crimes she’s wanted for. He says he has time to make this one stick while she’s prosecuted for the others.

Ravi comes home after his date and calls out to Major that it went well. A dog greets him – it’s the dog that belonged to the zombie Major killed. Ravi starts to ask Major about it, and then Peyton comes around the corner. Major goes to bed. Peyton apologizes about disappearing. She finds out Ravi knows about Liv. She asks if Major knows too and Ravi says he does. Peyton asks Ravi for a hug.

When Liv gets home, she finds a birthday cake in the refrigerator. Gilda says a woman dropped off the cake. She describes her and Liv realizes it was Peyton.

Terrance approaches Vaughn in his office. He tells Vaughn that he and the board are going to vote Vaughn out of office. Vaughn tells him he’ll forget about it when he sees what they’re doing in the lab. He invites him to a sublevel to view it. Once there, he closes him in a room and says he’s going to find the doctor. Vaughn opens an inner door and a zombie come in to attack Terrance.
