5. Code Black, CBS - Wednesdays, 10 p.m.
Maybe I just think (or hope) that the world has enough medical dramas, but Code Black looks like any other medical drama about an overworked group of young doctors. This does feel like a show CBS will give a long rope to, but it is up against NBC’s Chicago P.D. I’m picking Limitless, though, as my surprise CBS show that gets renews.
