8. Blood & Oil, ABC - Sundays, 9 p.m.
This feels eerily like Dallas, but with a different family drama at the center. Here, we find Don Johnson as the head of the Briggs family. Even though ABC has moved on from Revenge, it’s clear that they enjoy airing soaps on Sundays. But with Sunday Night Football (and The Walking Dead on cable), it’s really hard to launch a new show in that slot. Unless ABC is prepared for low numbers, I don’t think this one will stick around as long as Dallas.
