Sadly, Key & Peele is in the middle of its last season, but Keegan-Michael Key and Jordan Peele are going out on a high note. Last night’s episode featured an amazing and brilliant parody of Neil DeGrasse Tyson’s wide-eyed Cosmos narration.
The parody was a running sketch during the episode, with each segment showing Tyson (played by Peele) getting yelled at by his wife (played by Key). Each time, Tyson uses his knowledge of the universe and nature to get out of cleaning up after their dog and getting ready for a party. He even tries to use his knowledge to stop his wife from yelling at him about sleeping with another woman.
