3. Traditional English trifle
While this recipe is very involved and heavy in steps, the boozy, creamy, berry goodness of its flavor is well worth it. In my early 20’s my best friend’s family was from England and his mother made this for parties. Soaked in booze, it was always one of the first dishes to disappear. Try making this for a grown up get-together and see if it doesn’t work out the same for you.
