The Creep is a wonderfully odd creation by Andy Samberg and his band The Lonely Island. This short is a lesson in dance. The Lonely Island has a new move and it’s called “The Creep.” Supposedly, The Creep enhances ones life in a variety of ways including eliminating those awkward situations where you are at the friendless at the ATM. The lyrics explicitly state, “If you want to make friends at the ATM, do the creep.” To do the creep, “Let your hands flop around like a marionette. Pop your knees up and down, sh-sh-shakin’ your neck. Now pull your waistband up like you expecting a flood, and stick your hair down flat like it was covered in mud.
