8. Tyrese Gibson
Tyrese Gibson has sung the National Anthem on a number of occasions and for the most part he’s done a nice job with the song … except before Game 5 of the Western Conference finals in 2009.
Gibson tried to rev up fans at the Staples Center, but committed the cardinal sin of changing the words of the song from "our flag was still there" with "our Lakers were still there." To show their disapproval the crowd booed and Gibson couldn’t escape the backlash for the impromptu choice.
